This "building with, not for" approach is a great strategy. Creating a platform that truly serves a community and is shaped by their input is a much more powerful way to build something that lasts.

What a brilliant example of domain expertise meeting smart execution! The Replit + ChatGPT workflow combo is exactly the kind of AI-as-collaborator approach I love seeing.

And that validation strategy? Starting with Notion before touching code is something I need to steal for my own projects 😅
