Love how you broke this down to the essentials. The "stop doing" list is gold—I've been guilty of the overly-structured prompts myself and they actully hurt more than help. The WHY over WHAT framework clicks instantly. Honestly saved this for referance because I keep overthinking prompts when the basic template works fine.

Thanks a lot for simplifying it for us. I always use the negative constraints and have seen them work without which at times the results were not as exepected but may be overtime they have becoming less and less essential as models are getting smarter
